When hiring NGC Management Ltd. for the construction of our 16,000 square foot Tsawwassen Quay Market project, we knew there would be several challenging characteristics. Its location (at the center of a fully operational ferry terminal) posed significant construction issues from parking, delivery of materials and equipment, as well as safety for the public. Still, the most critical aspect of the project was the need to have it completed before the start of summer tourist season, i.e. a very demanding construction schedule.
